✨ Q: Do you ship overseas?

🌺 A: We ship to worldwide. We do our best to deliver the package to your hands. We welcome friends from all over the world to try and experience our products. 

 

✨ Q: When will my order ship, and how long does delivery take?

🌺 A: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination but generally take 7–20 business days (excluding customs clearance).

📒 Please note: International shipping timelines can fluctuate. If you need the gift to arrive by a specific date (e.g., birthday, holiday), we strongly recommend ordering at least 20 days in advance to ensure timely arrival.

 

✨ Q: Is the price really all-inclusive?

🌺 A: Yes! The price of $99 includes the entire gift set and free shipping worldwide. However, depending on your country’s regulations, additional taxes may apply upon delivery. No additional tariffs will be charged on orders from the United States.

 

✨ Q: What if my product are broken/ has a problem?

🌺 A: If your product is damaged, please follow these steps:

1) Take a clear photo of the damaged product and the express packaging

2) Send an email to wooowa524@gmail.com to contact us as soon as possible. You can also tell us if you want a replacement, gift card or refund.

Please be patient and we will deal with it as soon as possible.

 

✨ Q: Is shipping really free worldwide? Even to the USA?

🌺 A: Absolutely! We offer free standard shipping worldwide, including to the United States. No additional tariffs will be charged on orders from the United States.

 

Q: Is the packaging presentable enough to give directly as a gift?

🌺 A: Definitely! Each box is designed as a ready-to-gift masterpiece—elegantly crafted and decorated to deliver a stunning unboxing experience.

 

✨ Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

🌺 A: Due to the custom-curated and perishable nature of our gift sets, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped. Please refer to our damage policy above.
